Jakarta, July 29, 2022 - PT Selamat Sempurna Tbk (SMSM:JK) today announced that the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders of the Company on Thursday, July 28th, 2022, has resolved, among others, the final dividend for 2021 financial year of Rp.20 (twenty Rupiah) per share, payable August 23, 2022 to shareholders of record on August 9, 2022. The Company has paid a cash dividend every quarter since 2016 and increased the dividend annually consecutively for 17 years.
