Pursuant to paragraphs 1 and 3 of Article 13 of the Regulation of Financial Services Authority or Otoritas Jasa Keuangan No.32/POJK.04/2014 on the General Meeting of Shareholders of a Public Company (the "POJK No.32"), the Meeting Invitation will be announce in 1 (one) daily newspapers (in Indonesian language); Indonesian Stock Exchange website; and Company's website (in Indonesian and English languages) on Monday, September 26th, 2016.
The Shareholders who are eligible to attend or represent the Meeting are only those whose names are recorded in the Shareholders Registry of the Company on Friday, September 23rd, 2016 until 04:00 pm Western Indonesia Time.
