Jakarta, May 16, 2018 , It is hereby announced to the Shareholders of PT Selamat Sempurna Tbk (the "Company") that pursuant to the result of the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders of the Company on May 15, 2018, has resolved to distribute a final cash Dividend for the financial year ending as of 31 December 2017 in the amount of Rp 12 (twelve Rupiah) for each share to the Shareholders of the Company, payable June 08, 2018 to the shareholders of record on May 25, 2018
