PT Selamat Sempurna Tbk (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”), consistently strives to apply Good Corporate Governance (GCG) principles and corporate Values in each activity, as well as improve the internal control effectiveness aimed at reducing, avoiding or preventing any actions that are categorized as Fraud.

The effectiveness of Fraud control in business processes is the responsibility of the Board of Directors and the Board of Commissioners, so it is necessary for the Board of Directors and the Board of Commissioners to have an appropriate and thorough understanding of Fraud in order to provide direction and foster awareness for Fraud risk control in the Company.

To accomplish this, the Company is aware of the importance of Anti-Fraud Strategy Policy (hereinafter referred to as “Policy”) to control and/or minimize the potential Fraud incidents. This strategy regulates all of the Company’s employee to create integrity in the implementation of Company’s business as well as in all activities related to the Company. This Policy is expected to direct the Company in Fraud control through efforts that are not only aimed at prevention but also detection and investigation as well as system improvement as part of an integral strategy in Fraud control.

The Anti-Fraud Strategy is a manifestation of the commitment of the Board of Directors and the Board of Commissioners of the Company in controlling Fraud which is implemented in the form of a Fraud control system. This strategy requires the Board of Directors and the Board of Commissioners to optimize existing resources so that the Fraud control system can be implemented effectively and sustainably.
