In compliance with good corporate governance as required by the Financial Services Authority Regulation No. 21/POJK.04/2015 concerning The Implementation of Good Corporate Governance Guidelines for Public Companies, which is further stipulated in the Circular Letter of Financial Services Authority No.32/SEOJK.04/2015 concerning Corporate Governance Guidelines for Public Companies, PT Selamat Sempurna Tbk (the “Company”) has prepared the Policy of the Fulfillment of Creditor’s Rights ("Policy").

This policy aims to uphold the fulfillment of the creditor’s right and to preserve the trust given by the Creditor to the Company.
