PT Selamat Sempurna Tbk (the “Company”) adopts an investor relations policy to promote regular, effective and fair communication with shareholders.

The Company imposes a ‘silent/blackout period’ during which it does not make appointments with the investment community. Exceptions may occur at the Company’s discretion based on needs to discuss breaking news or otherwise. During the silent/blackout period, Investor Relations may provide answers to fact-based inquiries from the investment community.

The silent/blackout period commences at or soon after the end of the financial period and concludes when the Company’s results are announced. The silent/blackout period for the Company is 21 days prior to the release of the Company’s financial results.
