One of the assessments conducted related to SMSM’s GCG is the ASEAN Corporate Governance Scorecard, governance practices measurement parameters, agreed upon by the ASEAN Capital Market Forum (ACMF). The parameters are based on OECD Principles and are expected to increase investor confidence in listed companies in ASEAN.

4. Disclosure and Transparency
5. Responsibilities of The Board

Party Conducting the Assessment

The ASEAN Corporate Governance Scorecard assessment in Indonesia is conducted by Indonesian Institute for Corporate Directorship (IICD).

Rating Scores

Based on the SMSM GCG governance practices assessment results using the ASEAN Corporate Governance Scorecard principles, the total scores per year obtained were as follows:
