In the effort to continuously improve the implementation of Good Corporate Governance values in PT Selamat Sempurna Tbk (hereinafter referred to “Company”, “SMSM”), it is deemed necessary to establish the Reporting Policy for Ownership or Every Change in Shares Ownership of Board of Directors and Board of Commissioners of Company by the members of the Board of Commissioners and the Board of Directors, due to the required obligations, as stipulated in the prevailing regulation.
