Jakarta, June 29, 2020 – PT Selamat Sempurna Tbk (SMSM:JK) today announced that its Board of Directors declared a interim dividend for financial year 2020 of Rp.5 (five Rupiah) per share, payable July 21, 2020, to shareholders of record on July 08, 2020. The Company has paid a cash dividend every quarter since 2016 and increased the dividend annually consecutively for 15 years.
