Referring to Announcement of PT Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) No. Peng-00221/BEI.POP/07-2020 dated 24 July 2020, PT Selamat Sempurna Tbk (SMSM) is pleased to announce the Company remains part of the PEFINDO25 Index in Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the period of August 2020 to January 2021.

Short brief about PEFINDO25 Index

PEFINDO25 is an Index that comprised of listed companies, regularly selected based on their criterias. It represents small and medium listed companies that have the best growth potential, based on selection criteria specified below.

The process of determining the member of PEFINDO25 stock price index is done consistently with the selection criteria and process sequence as follows:

1. Selection of Universe, using criteria:
1. Total Asset: Should be equal or below Rp 10,000,000,000,000.- (ten trillion Rupiah).
2. Legal Aspects:
   1. There has been no Unusual Market Activity (UMA) & suspended in the last 6 months (before rebalancing).
   2. Listed at the Indonesia Stock Exchange for at least 6 months.
2. Selection of Constituents, using criteria:
1. Business Aspect: Using the issuer's ROA and ROI indicators.
2. Liquidity Aspects:
   1. Number of trading days;
   2. Transaction volume;
   3. Transaction value;
   4. Frequency of transaction;
   5. Free Float.

PEFINDO25 is a stock price index, consists of small and medium enterprises (SME) selected based on certain criteria. It was firstly introduced on May 18, 2009 and being reviewed two times a year, in January and July.
