Jakarta, 01 June 2016 , It is hereby announced to the Shareholders of PT Selamat Sempurna Tbk (the "Company") that the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders of the Company on 31 May 2016, has resolved, among others, the distribution of cash dividend amounting to Rp.150 per share taking into account the first interim dividend of Rp.50 per share which has been paid on 23 October 2015 and second interim dividend of Rp.50 per share which has been paid on 15 December 2015. The remaining in the amount of Rp.50 per share ("Final Dividend") will be paid on 24 June 2016.
