Jakarta, June 21, 2021, It is hereby announced to the Shareholders of PT Selamat Sempurna Tbk (the "Company") that pursuant to the result of the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders of the Company on June 18, 2021, has resolved to distribute a final cash Dividend for the financial year ending as of 31 December 2020 in the amount of Rp.20 (twenty Rupiah) for each share to the Shareholders of the Company, payable July 15, 2021 to the shareholders of record on June 30, 2021.
