On Wednesday, August 23, 2023, PT Prapat Tunggal Cipta (SMSM's subsidiary) represented by Ang Andri Pribadi, President Director and PT Totalenergies Marketing Indonesia represented by Mrs Tu Anh Hoang, Managing Director, has signed a Distribution Agreement.

By signing the distribution agreement, PT Prapat Tunggal Cipta (PTC) become the Distributor to distribute and sell products of PT Totalenergies Marketing Indonesia (TEMI). This will enhance a synergies of products of TEMI and products which is currently distributed by PTC as well as increase PTC sales in the future.
