Jakarta, June 21, 2024 – PT Selamat Sempurna Tbk (SMSM:JK) today announced that the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders of the Company on Friday, June 21st, 2024, has resolved, among others, the final dividend for 2023 financial year of Rp.40 (forty Rupiah) per share, payable July 16, 2024 to shareholders of record on July 03, 2024. The Company has paid a cash dividend every quarter since 2015 and increased the dividend annually consecutively for 19 years.
