This information disclosure is submitted to the Company's Shareholders in connection with the Land Purchase Transaction owned by PT Adrindo Perkasa (hereinafter referred to as the “Affiliated Transaction”) conducted by PT Hydraxle Perkasa, a subsidiary of the Company. PT Hydraxle Perkasa (hereinafter referred to as HDP) is a Subsidiary and Controlled Entity of the Company.
This Disclosure of Information is made to comply with POJK 42/2020, which obliges the Company report the Affiliated Transaction to OJK and to make a Disclosure of Information regarding the Affiliated Transaction conducted by the Company.
Through this Disclosure of Information, the Company will provide the explanation, consideration and reason for conducting the Affiliated Transaction.
