Jakarta, June 5, 2026 – PT Selamat Sempurna Tbk (SMSM:JK) today announced that the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders of the Company on Friday, June 5th, 2026, has resolved, among others, the final dividend for 2025 financial year of Rp.40 (forty Rupiah) per share, payable July 2, 2026 to shareholders of record on June 18, 2026. The Company has paid a cash dividend every quarter since 2015 and increased the dividend annually consecutively for 21 years.
