Jakarta, July 02, 2015 - Today PT Selamat Sempurna Tbk (The Company) announced that on Tuesday, 30 June 2015, the Company has signed a Share Purchase Agreement ("SPA") related to Share Purchase Transaction in Bradke Synergies Sdn Bhd, a Company registered and incorporated under the laws of Malaysia. The annoucement was made to comply with the requirements under the Financial Services Authority (formerly Capital Markets and Financial Institutions Supervisory Board /Bapepam-LK) Regulation No.X.K.1 dated 24 January 1996, Attachment to the Chairman of Bapepam-LK Regulation No. Kep-86/PM/1996 on Disclosure of information which must be made public immediately.
