This includes but is not limited to parcels and the likes under any occasion including religious festivities, either directly or indirectly, on behalf of individuals or a company/companies, of all stakeholders associated with the business of the PT Selamat Sempurna Tbk and Subsidiaries, which could potentially affect fair and proffesional business considerations.

We appreciate your support and understanding for the commitment to not give gratuities in any form to the Board of Commissioners, Board of Directors, all employees, and/or to their family members. If we were to come across with a violation of this commitment, it is with heavy hearts we will impose sanctions until the termination of the existing cooperation.
