Jakarta, September 23 2015, PT Selamat Sempurna Tbk ("Perseroan") today announced to the Shareholders that the Board of Directors of the Company has resolved to distribute an Interim Dividend for the financial year ending as of 31 December 2015 in the amount of Rp 50 (fifty Rupiah) for each share (“Interim Dividend”) to the Shareholders of the Company, in which the payment will be made on October 23, 2015. The above matter has been approved by the Board of Commissioners of the Company on September 22, 2015.
